After the Opalescence Tréswhite Supreme tray is removed from the package, the patient centers it on the arch and gently sucks down. The external tray is removed and the patient lightly taps on the internal tray to ensure it adheres to the teeth. After 30 to 60 minutes, the patient removes the tray and brushes his or her teeth to remove any excess gel. According to the manufacturer, results can be seen in 5 to 10 days.
